Denise Cooper has mastered the art of motivation and communication. Her professionalism as an instructor in career coaching brings a personal enrichment of confidence, leadership and strategic life planning skills. I would strongly recommend Denise Cooper for her talent and expertise to anyone in a transitional stage in their career.

Pam Brooks can cut to the core of leadership that is both refreshing but also deeply jarring if you’re a leader just in title with little action to show for it. Her training is a must if you intend to rumble with the issues, otherwise if you’re just hiring her to check the box for that annual development stuff, you’d be best to walk away. Anyone who want to deal with how a leader and a team can be better should hire Pam seeking greatness and accountability, and because they want to do ‘the work’.

~ Andrew Ramsammy, CCO, Local Media Association

I’ve worked with Denise for about two years. She stretches me beyond my own beliefs about my capabilities. She sees new possibilities and pushes you out of your comfort zone, but supports you fully in your development.

~ HR Professional, Monsanto Company

Since working with Denise I have such an increase in my confidence level. I go into meetings with Sr. Leadership with a newfound level of confidence. More focus toward strategic clarity and role clarity. Letting my softer sideshow. No longer have to lead with my technical experience or expertise. As a result of working with her the C suite is definitely noticing my work.

~ Sr. Manager, J.C. Penny

I am an innovative and engaged leader at ASU and love to find resources for my team and myself. I have enjoyed the privilege of working with Pam on many occasions. She has provided me and my teams with great insights and knowledge as it relates to leadership and management, professional development programming and guiding me through tricky situations. She is an excellent facilitator and I gained a great deal from attending the Dare to Lead (TM) workshop she provided at ASU.
